PPC Engineer

Job Description:

• Overall responsibility from production to shipment
• Preparing production plan on daily, weekly & monthly basis of plating & assembly shop
  Capacity planning.
• Well versed in PPC
• Quality control
• Setting of production targets
• Ensuring proper planning and execution of complete sampling activity
• Optimum utilization of man and machine
• Work with engineer ,production and procurement to ensure load of production capacity
• Develop and maintain effective relationship with internal supplier and customer for ensure that required input are available on time.                           
• Provide forecast and demand profile to measure supplier
• Working with his team to generate requisitions for line loading & output.
• Inventory control in WIP
