Position Summary:
The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team by assisting with content creation, social media engagement, and research to enhance campaign effectiveness across multiple channels. This role involves coordinating event logistics, supporting email marketing efforts, contributing to website and SEO initiatives, and analyzing performance data. The intern will collaborate closely with team members on various projects, gaining practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while developing both creative and analytical skills in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with content creation for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and newsletter campaigns.
  • Market Research – Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Social Media Management – Monitor account performance, engage with audiences, and track trends & insights.
  • Email Marketing Support – Help with drafting, editing, proofreading email campaigns, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Website and SEO – Assist with editing and updating the website using WordPress, refine SEO strategies, and track site traffic.
  • Event & Webinar Assistance – Support coordination, collateral preparation, logistics, and promotions.
  • Project Support – Provide support for various marketing and stakeholder initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot preferred; WordPress experience is also a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Adobe Suite is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Project Management and CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Expected Hours:
This internship is anticipated to be 20hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.
