This position is for a dynamic, collaborative, and curious Retail Media Lead who's a true problem-solver and a personable storyteller at heart. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work closely with our clients to own the relationship, lead meetings, and devise retail media PPC campaign strategies that drive visibility and profitability. We're looking for someone who's passionate about learning and staying up to date with industry trends, and who loves to approach challenges with a creative mindset. You'll need to be a quick thinker and able to optimize campaigns through effective bid management and analysis of performance metrics. Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advertising lead for PPC/Search campaigns on Target and other priority omni-channel retailers as needed.
  • Strategically plan, launch, and optimize PPC/Search campaigns across different retailers and channels to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Comfortable building strategies with an analytical mindset.
  • Act as a client-facing liaison with the ability to communicate media performance, intake and apply client priorities to deliver effective campaign strategies.
  • Responsible for daily bid management and optimization across all retailers serviced.
  • Lead client meetings, including email communication, timeline updates, agenda creation, and next step accountability.
  • Partner across sales to understand account / assortment priorities, to ensure parallel execution through search.
  • Stay curious about the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that campaigns are competitive and effective.
  • Taking initiative to develop relationships with team members across different functions to facilitate coordination and communication.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in ecommerce, retail, or PPC preferred
  • Able to digest, analyze, and visualize large sets of data
  • Experience working with Roundel or Walmart Connect a bonus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - an insatiable curiosity to learn and willingness to present in front of clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
