Your missions :

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketer who will be responsible for implementing the Corporate and Franchise Digital Marketing Strategy within Canada, via the development of a Canadian Digital Marketing Plan.

In this role, you will work Brand Managers to ensure an omni-channel makrting approach for calming brands such as Feliway and Adaptil or topical products such as Vectra.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collecting and Analyzing Market Data/Generating Market Insights

  • Collect Canada Customers’ data and analyze it, in order to provide insights on current markets to the Management team.
  • Measure performance based on the defined key performance indicators and return on investment for Canada.
  • Give feedback to the Management team and propose adaptations to Digital solutions, as needed.
  • Share information with the local Marketing teams, in order to ensure their alignment and collaboration with the Digital
  • Marketing Plan.

Providing Strategic Direction

  • Create a Canada Digital Marketing Plan based on the Corporate Strategy, and in alignment with the Franchise’s Digital
  • Marketing Plan.
  • Follow the evolution of the Franchise’s Marketing Strategy and stay aligned with any changes.
  • Propose adaptations to solutions and tools based on local market opportunities.

Operational Management

  • Execute the Digital Marketing Plan by using Franchise tools and training available for products and/or markets.
  • Follow up on the Canada's return on investment and report the results to the Head of Digital Marketing.
  • Follow necessary training, in order to ensure that the Digital Marketing teams’ skills are up to date.
  • Propose Digital Marketing user/ team/ Customer training, as needed.
  • Act as a guide to advise, and share, global Digital Marketing knowledge with the local Marketing teams, as needed.

Resources Management and Planning

  • Implement Digitial Marketing tools and adapt them to Canada based on the Franchise’s guidelines and Budget. .

Impact and Influence: Creating a High Level of Confidence in the Function’s Deliverables

  • Monitor and analyze Customer satisfaction data (e.g., follow up on poor reviews, act on objections, conduct further surveys etc.).
  • Ensure that reviews are answered personally or by Customer Services.
  • Use all given Digital Marketing tools to improve or develop the level of confidence in products and services.
  • Provide regular reports on the local situation to the Head of Digital Marketing, in order to adapt the solution as needed.

 

Your profile :

About You

  • You have a bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing
  • You have demonstrated expertise in execution of digital marketing strategy & tactics with robust experience in how application of these drive significant business results.
  • You are entrepreneuial and have a digital-first and analytical mindset
  • You are organized and can balance multiple projects/events at the same time
  • You are a problem solver and can find solutions in complexity
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to collaborate with others to find innivative solutions
  • You can demonstrate that you deliver results with an evoloving framework which shifts based on priorities and technology
  • You have experience interacting with customers as well as vendors and gaining alignment.
  • You have a deep technical understanding, with experience across various digital platforms including omnichannel integration.
  • You have a strong proficiency and understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads & Business Manager, HubSpot and Tableau
  • You have proven experience in digital marketing including Paid Search, Social, Display, and Affiliate marketing
  • You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • You are a team player who is flexible to changing business priorities
  • Ideally, you are bilingual in English and French
