Your Quests Include:

This role is for a senior search marketing manager across both Wowcher & LivingSocial. This role will require the successful candidate to work alongside the Head of Marketing to develop long and short-term strategies for our non-branded search and shopping campaigns. The focus will be on driving new subscriber acquisition and growing existing customer engagement. All decisions will be data driven and in line with CPR, Customer LTV and ROI KPIs.

A successful candidate will:

• Have 2 – 3 years’ experience in search marketing.
• Have hands on experience with designing and executing paid search and shopping campaigns which are in line with business objectives.
• Leverage data to understand the new and existing customer journey within search marketing, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement of Wowcher customers
• Be motivated, enthusiastic and keen to progress within an e-commerce marketing team
• Have an independent, structured and precise work ethic
• Willing and able to independently think, investigate and drill into data, spotting and highlighting important trends, and be highly accurate
• Have excellent numerical and analytical competency
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand commercial implications of data
• Ability to draw the meaning out of data, tables and charts you analyse
• You will be required to present data and insight to the most senior figures in the company.
• Excellent understanding of different attribution models and how they impact and help formulate different marketing strategies.
• Previous experience with subscriber cohort analysis and have a good understanding of how their engagement changes through time & impact wider business performance.

Skills Required

• 2+ years of Excel modelling experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a project and/or team
• Experience with SQL, Adobe Omniture and Python beneficial but not mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Bing
• Experience in marketing, advertising or growth
• Ability to process and analyse data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions
• Communication skills, influencing skills, and ability to manage a project or product.
