PPC & SEO Specialist
This role requires a results-driven digital marketer who can maximize online visibility and conversions through strategic, data-informed SEO and PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will be laser-focused on driving measurable outcomes in search engine rankings, organic traffic, and paid ad conversions across top platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Job Description:
SEO: Develop and execute a results-focused SEO strategy, performing keyword research, optimizing on-page and off-page factors, and implementing technical SEO measures to improve organic rankings and increase traffic. Set and meet specific targets for search rankings, organic traffic growth, and engagement rates.
PPC: Design and manage highly targeted PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, optimizing for lower CPC, higher CTR, and conversion rates. Meet or exceed set goals for paid ad ROI, working within budget constraints while maximizing impact.
Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on KPIs across both SEO and PPC initiatives, providing actionable insights that guide strategy and optimize performance. Regularly present metrics such as traffic growth, bounce rate reduction, conversion rate improvement, and cost per acquisition.
Strategic Coordination: Ensure alignment between SEO and PPC strategies to amplify overall visibility, balancing budget allocation and maximizing results across all channels. Continually test and refine strategies based on data to ensure measurable, ongoing improvements in search and ad performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 4-5 years of proven, verifiable success in delivering results in both SEO and PPC, with measurable outcomes in traffic growth, cost-per-click optimization, and conversion rates, preferably within the software or BPO sectors.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads), with a track record of successful campaign management across these platforms.
