Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns
• Help create and manage marketing materials, including copywriting, design, and editing
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Support the team in tracking customer engagement and response rates
• Manage and update customer databases
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling offers and messages
• Assist in reporting and data collection for campaign performance and insights

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and direct marketing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools or email marketing platforms is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and advertising
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
