Internship Period: 3 months
Description: 7Classes is coming forward to assist you in bringing the best out of students. Along
with learning, the student has to go through exam pressure, peer pressure, and most importantly,
Time Management. We are here to provide him/her with the right kind of care and the right
amount of attention to cope with the above issues and excel in his/her educational career.
I was fortunate enough to be a part of the best as well as least facilitated educational frameworks
the Indian education system provides. Be it a life-changing system at Super30, a world-class
education ecosystem at IIT Bombay, or the least privileged system of primary level government
school back in my village. Over the years what has not ceased to amaze me, is their uniqueness
and positive attitude towards learning.
Talent Enrichment Program: This program enables a remarkable change in the number of students
who crossed 80% marks in state board exams. One of the major reasons behind the success of this
program is the initiative taken to understand the problems students face on a personal level,
followed by their course correction to bring out their best performance.
Mentorship Program: After passing out from Super30, I quickly realized the need to connect
passed out students and prepare students to make the Super30 mission more enriching, certain,
and accurate. Here we assign personal mentors to each student who sails respective students
through intense pressure, academic issues, reference guidance, ready-to-use tricks, and any
distraction coming in like relationships, family, and financial issues. This ensures that every
student performs his best on the JEE day.
Personal Mentoring: I have been mentoring children of MDs, Directors, and VPs of top corporate
companies who successfully coped with the high-pressure exams and made it to Premier IITs and
NITs. The interesting part here is, the students needed help in how to manage their time to balance
studies more than how to solve a problem. Everyone is flowing through the problem-solving
systems. But the tough part comes at close to the end dates of exams when you have to cover new
topics and revise a big pile covered to date. Here the maneuver starts to take place. If you control
and win over it, success is guaranteed.
Through these varied experiences and 6 years of mentorship at Super30, I have realized that today
the education needs more personal touch than it was needed ever before. Each student has
different strong and weak areas. To come out through today s intensely competitive nature of the
education system; students should have access to customized and well-tailored education
environments to their personal aptitude.
After repeated experiments, we are bringing 7 students per batch concept to maximize the output.
The small batch of 7 students allows our teachers to not only connect with each and every student
personally, but also give them the luxury to understand problems coming on their way and correct
them on a daily basis. Our commitment to making personal attention a need in today s
education has become a new talking point in the education fraternity. It has gained strong
endorsements from parents of successful students, students going to good colleges, and even well-
known teachers/coaching classes who are yet to follow the suit.

Job Duties:
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook etc.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) Create maps for
transportation information sheets, parking passes
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through
various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google
Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Students pursuing a Bachelors or Master s degree in Music, Arts Administration or related field.
2. Excellent organization, communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
3. Some familiarity with the world of classical music.
Compensation: This internship will enable the successful candidate to obtain valuable
specialized experience in arts administration.
