Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their business objectives and deliverables.
- Campaign Coordination: Help coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across different channels (social media, search, email, etc.).
- Project Management: Support the Client Servicing team in managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals for various digital marketing projects.
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing platforms.
- Content Management: Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive research and analysis to understand client industries and keep up with digital marketing trends.
- Documentation: Help in preparing meeting agendas, reports, and maintaining records of client interactions.
- Problem Solving: Assist in resolving client issues by coordinating with the internal teams.
Requirements
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in digital marketing (not mandatory, but a plus).
- Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, etc.) are a bonus.
