About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team. If you're looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing and are eager to learn about various online advertising platforms, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career! Here, you will assist in managing campaigns, and analyzing performance while gaining exposure to the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
The charter for this role will include:
Assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Supporting the team with daily monitoring and reporting on campaign performance (e.g., keyword performance, creative effectiveness).
Assisting in the preparation of data analysis reports to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Conducting basic keyword research and helping to refine targeting strategies for campaigns.
Helping the creative team with content creation, ad copywriting, and ensuring ads align with overall marketing strategies.
Assisting in A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve campaign results.
Ideal Persona would:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Have a strong interest in digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry along with certifications and prior experience of 3-6 months, which is a plus.
Be familiar with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and basic social media marketing.
Have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, and paid media.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (basic knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a plus).
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
