Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketer at ADDPUG, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across various channels. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through effective digital campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives and analyze data to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Utilize various channels, including but not limited to, social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and online advertising.
Social Media Management:

Develop and maintain a strong social media presence.
Create engaging and shareable content for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor social media trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
Content Marketing:

Plan and create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
Implement and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and customer segmentation.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:

Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, keeping them informed on campaign progress and results.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms, content marketing, and email marketing.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
