Key Responsibilities:


We are looking for a talented Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Plan, create, and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content that aligns with marketing goals and enhances the online presence.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all major platforms, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, segment email lists, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors’ strategies to enhance the company’s digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Graphic Designing: Design and layout of e-newsletters, product catalogs, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for digital platforms.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Courses in Digital Marketing will be advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

Workdays: 5 days working

Work Location: Adajan Surat Gujarat

Work hours: 9am to 6pm [ 40min. Flexible]
