As our Copywriter, you will help Team Everest tell its story better across every platform social media, website, emails, WhatsApp, and beyond.
<\/p>

You will create our content strategy, review and polish content every week, and build simple systems to make content creation easier and faster.
<\/p>

Content Strategy & Planning<\/span><\/b>

  1. Create a monthly content strategy that matches Team Everest’s goals.
    <\/li>
  2. Plan a content calendar every month for social media, website, email, and WhatsApp.
    <\/li>
  3. Set quarterly themes and messaging guidelines for all communication.
    <\/li>
  4. Define weekly content priorities based on organizational needs.
    <\/li>
  5. Plan how content will be distributed across different channels.
    <\/li>
  6. Align every piece of content with volunteering, fundraising, and HR goals.
    <\/li><\/ol>

    Content Review & Quality Assurance<\/span><\/b>

    1. Review social media content ideas every Wednesday with the team.
      <\/li>
    2. Conduct a Social Media Content Review Meeting every Friday (first half).
      <\/li>
    3. Review social media content revisions on Fridays (second half if needed).
      <\/li>
    4. Review corporate volunteer invites and Team Everest volunteer invite emails monthly.
      <\/li>
    5. Review fundraising campaign emails twice a month.
      <\/li>
    6. Review website content for events before the 20th of every month.
      <\/li>
    7. Review WhatsApp content calendars monthly.
      <\/li>
    8. Review CSR proposals and reports for language and flow.
      <\/li>
    9. Review award applications and media features.
      <\/li>
    10. Review internal and external communications.
      <\/li>
    11. Ensure brand consistency across every content piece.

      1. Document how content creation happens step -by -step (workflow).

      2. Create and update templates for different types of content.

      3. Maintain an updated brand guidelines document.

      4. Create review checklists for easy and thorough content checking.

      5. Set up a feedback tracking system to monitor revisions.
        <\/li>
      6. Find ways to make the review cycle faster and smoother.
        <\/li>
      7. Update Airtable bases for content tracking.
        <\/li>
      8. Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for different content types.
        <\/li>
      9. Document best practices for the team to follow.
        <\/li>
      10. Research and implement new tools or processes to make work easier.
