You will create our content strategy, review and polish content every week, and build simple systems to make content creation easier and faster.

What You Will Do?<\/span><\/b><\/h3>Content Strategy & Planning<\/span><\/b>

- Create a monthly content strategy that matches Team Everest’s goals.
<\/li> - Plan a content calendar every month for social media, website, email, and WhatsApp.
<\/li> - Set quarterly themes and messaging guidelines for all communication.
<\/li> - Define weekly content priorities based on organizational needs.
<\/li> - Plan how content will be distributed across different channels.
<\/li> - Align every piece of content with volunteering, fundraising, and HR goals.

<\/h4>Content Review & Quality Assurance<\/span><\/b>

- Review social media content ideas every Wednesday with the team.
<\/li> - Conduct a Social Media Content Review Meeting every Friday (first half).
<\/li> - Review social media content revisions on Fridays (second half if needed).
<\/li> - Review corporate volunteer invites and Team Everest volunteer invite emails monthly.
<\/li> - Review fundraising campaign emails twice a month.
<\/li> - Review website content for events before the 20th of every month.
<\/li> - Review WhatsApp content calendars monthly.
<\/li> - Review CSR proposals and reports for language and flow.
<\/li> - Review award applications and media features.
<\/li> - Review internal and external communications.
<\/li> - Ensure brand consistency across every content piece.

- Document how content creation happens step -by -step (workflow).
<\/li> - Create and update templates for different types of content.
<\/li> - Maintain an updated brand guidelines document.
<\/li> - Create review checklists for easy and thorough content checking.
<\/li> - Set up a feedback tracking system to monitor revisions.
<\/li> - Find ways to make the review cycle faster and smoother.
<\/li> - Update Airtable bases for content tracking.
<\/li> - Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for different content types.
<\/li> - Document best practices for the team to follow.
<\/li> - Research and implement new tools or processes to make work easier.
